Full-Time Dental Assistant - Direct Hire 

Location: Owensboro, KY
Pay: $18.00–$23.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, 4 days per week

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
• Take digital X-rays, impressions, and CEREC scans
• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment plans
• Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA infection control standards
• Assist with laboratory procedures as needed
• Maintain organized treatment rooms and clinical supplies
• Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide an outstanding patient experience

Qualifications

• Previous dental assisting experience is required
• Dental Assistant certification preferred, but not required
• X-ray certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification
• Experience with digital imaging and CEREC technology is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Reliable, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $18.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience
• Full-time schedule with 4-day workweek, providing an additional day off each week
