LOCAL SERVICE COMPANY IN NAPA IS SEEKING A TEMPORARY TYPIST/DATA ENTRY CLERK TO COMPLETE A SHORT TERM TYPING PROJECT. THE PAY IS $22.00 - $23.00 AN HOUR DOE!

 

We are seeking a Temporary Project Typist to assist with a short-term document digitization project. This position is responsible for accurately typing and formatting documents, reports, forms, and other company records into electronic files. The ideal candidate has excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accuracy while working efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Type and format documents from handwritten notes, printed materials, and scanned records into digital files.
• Proofread completed documents for spelling, grammar, and formatting accuracy.
• Organize and save electronic files according to company standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Complete assigned typing projects within established deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
