Job Overview
The Packer / Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for accurately packing finished goods, preparing orders for shipment, and supporting overall fulfillment operations. This role ensures all products meet quality standards, are packaged securely, and are shipped on time to meet customer expectations.

 

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read work orders, packing slips, and basic documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing packing experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume or quick-turn operations.

Responsibilities: 

• Pack finished products according to company standards and work instructions.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and order details prior to packing.
• Prepare shipments including labeling, documentation, and staging for pickup.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the packing lane and work areas.
• Support quick-turn and priority orders to meet tight shipping deadlines.
• Communicate with QA, assembly, and shipping teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with pre-wrapping, staging, and material handling as needed.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Perform additional fulfillment or assembly support tasks as assigned.

Quality & Accuracy Expectations

• Ensure all packed items pass final visual and quantity verification.
• Prevent damage through proper packaging methods.
• Immediately report shortages, defects, or order discrepancies.

Schedule & Pay
• $18/hr

• M-F 7:00AM – 3:30PM with occasional overtime

Education

·         High school diploma or equivalent required

 

Experience

·         1 year of experience

Language

Ability to understand, speak, and read English clearly.
