Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Press Brake Lead for a local manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled fabricator with leadership experience who is committed to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced shop environment.

Job Description:

• Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Bend and form metal components to precise specifications.
• Perform machine setup, tooling changes, and adjustments.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Lead, train, and support press brake operators and shop personnel.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Troubleshoot machine and production issues as they arise.
• Operate measuring equipment including calipers, tape measures, micrometers, and angle gauges.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

• Previous press brake setup and operation experience required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with CNC programming and machine setup preferred.
• Strong mathematical and measurement skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
