A local company is seeking a dependable Shop Laborer to join their custom cabinet and millwork team! This position supports the fabrication of commercial and residential cabinetry, countertops, and custom woodwork while maintaining a safe and organized shop environment!

Job Description:

• Assist with the fabrication and assembly of custom cabinets, casework, and millwork.
• Measure, cut, sand, and prepare materials for production.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, table saws, routers, sanders, and other woodworking equipment.
• Assist with laminate application, cabinet assembly, and finishing processes.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the shop.
• Support production of countertops, custom cabinetry, reception desks, closet systems, and architectural millwork.
• Assist with CNC machining, fabrication, and general shop operations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.
• Perform other shop duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Previous woodworking, cabinet shop, construction, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Must meet prescreening requirements.
