A local company in the Russellville area is looking for experienced Welders! 

Hours: 4:30 PM - 3 AM (OT required)

Pay: $22 + depending on weld test/experience

Job Duties:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on structural steel and custom fabrication projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and weld specifications.
• Fabricate, fit, and assemble structural steel, handrails, stairs, platforms, and other custom metal products.
• Operate fabrication equipment including grinders, cutting torches, saws, drill presses, and other shop tools.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials to meet project specifications.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity.
• Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material-handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Previous MIG and TIG welding experience required.
• Experience with structural steel fabrication preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fabrication shop environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship.
• Ability to meet prescreening requirements per company policy.
