1st Shift Weigh-Up Operator – Machine Operator & Forklift | Edwardsville, KS

A well-established local manufacturing company is looking for a detail-oriented Weigh-Up Operator to join their 1st shift team. If you're someone who follows instructions precisely, takes accuracy seriously, and wants steady work with weekly pay — this one's for you.

Schedule & Pay:
1st Shift | Monday–Friday
$20.00/hour | Paid Weekly

What You'll Be Doing:

• Weigh and prepare production batches according to manufacturing instructions and formulas
• Operate equipment and use calibrated scales to measure raw materials accurately
• Read and follow batch tickets, formulas, and production instructions carefully — precision matters here
• Move completed batches and materials throughout the plant using forklifts and other powered equipment
• Perform general labor tasks as needed — this is a hands-on, physical role

Requirements:

• 2+ years of stable work history in manufacturing, machine operation, food production, or a related field preferred
• Forklift experience required
• Strong attention to detail — accuracy in measuring and following instructions is critical
• Ability to perform physical work and lift heavy materials throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and a consistent work history
