Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable and hardworking General Labor Associates for a growing company in Frederick, MD. This is a hands-on position responsible for moving, loading, unloading, transporting, and delivering equipment and materials between customer locations and a local facility.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and providing excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, transport, and deliver equipment and materials
• Assist with pickups and deliveries at customer locations
• Move and stage equipment safely within warehouse and work areas
• Prepare items for transportation and storage
• Maintain organization and inventory of materials and equipment
• Follow company safety procedures and safe lifting practices
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries and pickups
• Perform other general labor and warehouse duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift
• Ability to load and unload trucks repeatedly during the workday
• Comfortable performing continuous physical labor in a warehouse and field environment
• Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general labor, moving, warehouse, delivery, or material handling preferred
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Experience using hand trucks, dollies, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment is a plus
