A leading specialty hardware distributor in Pompano Beach is hiring a Customer Outreach Representative for an inside sales role — great for someone with customer service or phone sales experience looking to grow.

What You'll Do:

• Reach out to customers by phone to develop new business, place orders, and provide quotes
• Partner with outside sales reps on customer orders and quotes
• Research product solutions to help customers solve project issues

What You Need:

• Prior telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service experience
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills; team-oriented with initiative
• Woodworking, panel, or hardware product knowledge a plus (not required)
• Ability to lift/push/carry up to 50 lbs on occasion
