What You'll Do Machine Operator

• Operate and monitor production machinery
• Load and unload machines and equipment
• Work with heat treat processes and industrial ovens
• Learn basic machine operation and manufacturing procedures
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Read measurements and use basic math skills throughout the production process
• Cross-train in multiple departments and operations
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Training Opportunities Machine Operator

You will receive hands-on training and have the opportunity to learn:

• Band Saw operation
• CNC Lathe operation
• CNC Mill operation
• Manufacturing and heat treat processes

Experience using calipers and micrometers is a plus, but not required.
