Business Development Recruiter

Salary: $50,000/year

Express Employment Professionals - Irvine is seeking a motivated Business Development Recruiter to join our internal team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with sales, customer service, account management, or other customer-facing experience who want to build a rewarding long-term career in staffing and recruiting.

 

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $50,000
• Uncapped commissions
• Permanent residual commissions
• Performance bonuses
• Expected earnings of $60,000+ in year one

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients through phone calls, networking, referrals, and business development activities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Recruit and place candidates in contract and direct hire positions
• Source talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
• Support and manage contract employees
• Collaborate with team members to achieve recruiting and sales goals

 

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional work experience in a customer-facing, sales, or service-oriented role
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business opportunities
• Positive, professional, and goal-oriented attitude
• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
