Responsibilities

• Provide technical application support to customers and recommend optimal solutions
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop tailored manufacturing solutions
• Serve as a technical expert in machining and tooling applications
• Assist with troubleshooting, process optimization, and product selection
• Support projects across the full lifecycle, from concept through implementation
• Build strong customer relationships through responsive, value-driven support

Qualifications

• Degree or background in Engineering (mechanical, manufacturing, or related field)
• Experience with tooling, machining, or metal-cutting applications
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions
