Customer Support Coordinator

Salary: $25.00 to $28.00/hour

Specialized Recruiting Group - Irvine is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator for a high-end distributor of architectural fixtures for commercial buildings. This is a full-time, long-term contract opportunity with the potential to become permanent. Compensation starts at $25.00 to $28.00/hour and is based in the Irvine, CA area.

 

Responsibilities:

• Process requests for pricing from prospective clients
• Handle inbound phone calls
• Respond to email inquiries (up to 400/day)
• Data entry

 

Requirements:

• At least one year of related experience
• Intermediate user of Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook and Excel)
• Effective communicator over the phone and via email
• Comfortable working under pressure and able to multi-task
• Upbeat personality with ability to quickly build rapport
• Excellent problem solving ability
