General Laborer – 1st Shift

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $18 / hour

What You'll Do

• Perform general labor and production support duties
• Could included sanding, finishing, and/or prepare materials for production
• Assemble pre-cut components using hand tools
• Handle and move materials throughout the work area
• Complete detail-oriented tasks while maintaining quality standards
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with additional production tasks as needed

• Willingness to learn and be trained on new tasks - Trainable
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday
• Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or construction experience is helpful but not required
