Part-Time Insurance Service Representative

Express Employment Professionals is hiring on behalf of a well-established insurance agency in Killeen, TX for a Part-Time Insurance Service Representative.

Pay: $15.00/hour through Express Employment Professionals, increasing to $19.00/hour upon successful completion of the Express contract period and transition to permanent employment.

Schedule: 20–25 hours per week with flexible hours

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the agency team
  • Answer incoming calls and direct clients appropriately
  • Assist with customer inquiries and policy servicing requests
  • Maintain and update client records in agency management systems
  • Process documents, applications, and policy changes
  • Support scheduling, follow-ups, and general office organization
  • Assist with marketing efforts such as outbound calls, emails, and client outreach
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a positive client experience

Qualifications

  • Professional and friendly phone etiquette
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Prior office, administrative, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus, but not required
