Schedule: Day Shift
Position Overview:
- Join a growing frozen food manufacturing operation producing high-quality frozen dough and bakery products for foodservice and retail customers across the country.
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on food safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Evaluation-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term career growth in modern food production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate high-speed packaging and freezer equipment including sorters, counters, box makers, checkweighers, sealers, metal detectors, coders, and palletizers.
- Assist mixing and sheeting operations as needed to support production schedules and product quality goals.
- Follow formulas, production schedules, GMP standards, sanitation requirements, and complete accurate production documentation and data entry.

Requirements:
