Machine Operator - Engineered Wood Manufacturing

Pay: $20.50/hour + $1.00/hour premium for all hours worked on specialty machine.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:45 AM-5:15 PM

Overtime: Mandatory overtime on Fridays as needed based on business demands

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator for an engineered wood manufacturing facility in the Colfax area.

This role helps produce engineered wood components used in construction applications and is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a manufacturing environment.

We're looking for individuals who consistently show up for work, take initiative, maintain a strong sense of urgency, and pay close attention to detail. If you have at least one year of manufacturing or production experience and take pride in producing quality work, we'd like to speak with you.


What You'll Do

  • Load materials onto the production line in the correct sequence
  • Verify materials meet quality and production specifications
  • Read and follow production sheets accurately
  • Assemble components according to work instructions
  • Monitor machine operation and production flow
  • Identify and address defective materials
  • Complete quality and production documentation
  • Cross-train at multiple workstations
  • Work safely while supporting production goals
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, or factory experience
  • Excellent attendance and reliability

  • Basic math skills
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to work overtime, including Fridays when needed
