Retail Sales Associate

$16.00/Hour | Rotating Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with purchases and product questions.
• Operate the register and accurately process transactions.
• Stock merchandise and maintain organized displays.
• Help keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Follow company policies and work collaboratively with team members.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, respectful, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends.

Dress Code

Casual attire is permitted, including:

• Jeans or knee-length shorts
• T-shirts, crew necks, or sweaters
• Sneakers

Not permitted:

• Tank tops
• Spaghetti straps
• Hoodies
