Salary: $16/hour
This company makes precision metal stampings used by a variety of industries. The associate will be given a folder with needed information for what to make, how to make it, and how many to make. Associate will need to be able to read and interpret these instructions and perform the tasks as necessary on the assigned machine. Associate will need to keep track of what they produced and perform regular quality checks and audits. Associate will need to keep machine running smoothly at all times which would require tinkering and problem solving. May move machine to machine to make different products but machines to avoid shutting down and re-setting up machine for new product. This person will gradually move into other areas of the facility using other machines, presses, and occasionally computers.
Hours: 7am-3pm
Laid back environment, smaller shop with small team. Attendance Bonus Monthly AFTER hire in of $100 gift card for gas/food, steady work. Working/Non-silent owner who understands the operations very well.
