Join a growing food manufacturing facility in Palo Pinto County as a Prep Room Technician! We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to manage raw ingredient preparation with care, accuracy, and attention to food safety.
Label all raw ingredients clearly and accurately
Document and report spoilage to QA
Measure allergens and non-allergens separately
Operate equipment such as pallet jack, immersion blender, pneumatic can opener, slurry tank, and meat grinder
Follow all food safety and equipment protocols
Basic reading and math skills
Able to stand, walk, bend, stretch, lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
Comfortable working in environments that vary in temperature (hot and cold)
Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands and schedule adjustments
