Die Press Operator | $19.84-$20.84/Hour

We're hiring for Press Operators with a manufacturing company that offers a four-day workweek and competitive pay. If you have experience working around die presses or metal stamping equipment and are looking for a stable opportunity with long weekends, this could be a great fit.

What you'll do:

• Operate 30-ton, 60-ton, and 150-ton progressive die press machines
• Form, cut, pierce, and stamp metal components to specifications
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Follow production schedules, safety procedures, and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What you need:

• Die press experience preferred
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable attendance and solid work history
• Ability to stand, lift, and work in a fast-paced production environment

Pay & Schedule:

• 1st Shift: $19.84 per hour

  • Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM
  • Two openings available

• 2nd Shift: $19.84 per hour + $1.00 shift differential ($20.84/hour)

  • Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM-2:00 AM
  • One opening available
