This is a physically active position unloading freight from incoming trailers and preparing products for warehouse processing. Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Position Summary

The Lumper (Truck Unloader) is responsible for safely unloading freight from trailers, sorting products, and preparing shipments for warehouse processing. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities

• Unload freight from trailers by hand or with warehouse equipment as assigned
• Stack and organize products onto pallets
• Sort freight according to warehouse procedures
• Inspect products for visible damage during unloading
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Work efficiently to meet production goals
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Minimum Requirements

• Previous warehouse or unloading experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
• Comfortable performing physical labor for an entire shift
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Must be able to start immediately

Physical Requirements
