Pool & Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are hiring a Pool and Maintenance Technician for a local apartment community. This position will focus heavily on maintaining the property’s pool while also assisting with general apartment and property maintenance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Test and balance pool chemicals
• Clean the pool, filters, deck, and surrounding areas
• Monitor pumps, filtration systems, and pool equipment
• Identify and report equipment or water-quality issues
• Maintain required pool inspection and chemical logs
• Ensure the pool area remains clean, safe, and ready for residents
• Complete general apartment maintenance and resident work orders
• Prepare vacant units for new residents
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance, and grounds repairs

Qualifications:

• Previous pool maintenance experience required
• Pool certification is preferred but not required
• Apartment, residential, or property maintenance experience is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with residents

Pay: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience
