Quality Tech/CMM Operator
Shift: 1st shift Mon-Fri
Pay: $17/hr based on experience
Where: Ridgeville, IN 47380

Duties:

 

Responsibilities:

• Operate CMM machines to conduct precise measurements using various probes and tools.
• Document PPAP process for product
• Record measurement data accurately and maintain comprehensive inspection records.
• Analyze measurement data and generate inspection reports 
• Utilize other measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers, etc.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational education preferred.
• Proven experience as a CMM Operator or similar role in a manufacturing or quality control environment.
• Strong understanding of metrology principles, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and blueprint reading.
• Familiarity with precision measurement tools, techniques, and statistical analysis.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, collaborating with engineers and quality control personnel.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to generate detailed reports using measurement software.
