Express Employment is hiring Warehouse & Industrial Laborers in Hattiesburg,MS!

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, manufacture, or package products according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials within the warehouse or production facility.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accurately package and label shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following safety procedures.
• Assist with machine operation, basic troubleshooting, and routine preventative maintenance.
• Meet daily production and productivity goals while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform inventory handling, material staging, and general warehouse support as needed.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to complete assigned tasks.
• Safely perform physically demanding duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment when certified or assigned.
• Complete additional general labor and warehouse duties as required to support operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Complete production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Perform other general labor duties as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Comfortable standing, bending, walking, and performing physical work for an entire shift.
• Forklift certification or experience is a plus.
