Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our jewelry warehouse team. This role involves assembling jewelry products by following step-by-step instructions and operating simple production equipment. If you enjoy hands-on work, have good attention to detail, and can follow written procedures, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble jewelry components according to written work instructions.
• Follow detailed procedures that include photos showing each stage of the assembly process.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy during assembly.
• Operate a core-cutting machine by loading materials, monitoring the machine during operation, and replacing finished pieces with new ones.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet production and quality standards while working efficiently.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow written instructions with visual guides.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on assembly tasks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or jewelry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
