We're seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead workplace and corporate services for a large, growing organization. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for creating a best-in-class workplace while overseeing vendor relationships, operational planning, budgets, and employee support services.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace and facilities operations across a large campus environment
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service performance
• Develop operating plans, budgets, and service standards
• Oversee workplace services including reception, mail services, janitorial, employee amenities, and wellness programs
• Coordinate campus services such as parking, landscaping, snow removal, waste management, and building support
• Support employee programs including relocation, transportation, catering, and concierge services
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, and service-level agreements
• Prepare reports and present operational updates to leadership
• Drive continuous improvement across workplace services

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Services, Corporate Services, Campus Operations, Hospitality, or a related field
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and multiple service functions
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Experience

• Large corporate campus or manufacturing environments
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred 
• University, healthcare, hospitality, or technology organizations
• Startup or operational readiness projects
• Professional certifications such as CFM, FMP, or PMP are a plus
