Project Manager

Primary mission is to oversee and assist on wind and solar projects, from budgetary phase to completion.

Job responsibilities

• Support outside sales reps
• Enter quote request into Hero system.
• Provide timely feedback to outside sales and customer questions.
• Enter orders into system and request PO’s
• Confirm accuracy of order input in both systems
• Work with planning to establish delivery schedule and provide to customer for approval.
• Submit PO’s, agreements and exhibits to contracts for legal review.
• Create shipping profile in Hero for logistics.
• Monitor production and make sure lead times are met.
• Request delivery trucks with logistics as material is approved by Quality Control
• Maintain reels count on shipped vs. owed material.
• Monitor all projects and maintain a running progress report for management.
• Mitigate errors by customer and client during the project.
• Work with shipping to identify reels to complete projects.
• Assist accounts receivable with outstanding invoices and invoicing questions.
• Work with the site to instigate return reel process.
• AND ANY OTHER SITUATION THAT MIGHT ARISE DURING THE PROJECT
