Carbon Fiber Infusion Technician

Job Description: 

Express Employment Professionals of Dickson is currently seeking reliable and experienced candidates for a Carbon Fiber Infusion Technician position with an Established Manufacturing Plant in White Bluff, TN. This position will pay DOE, and the hours are Monday-Friday from 7AM - 3:30AM.  

Responsibilities:

• Perform carbon fiber layup for vacuum infusion and prepreg applications
• Execute vacuum bagging, infusion setup, and resin flow management
• Work with prepreg materials, including proper handling, storage, and curing processes
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and build books
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. 
• Must have 2+ years of experience in Carbon Fiber Composite Manufacturing
• Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE
