Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Delivery & Warehouse Associate for a growing company in the Salem area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, combining delivery driving, warehouse operations, inventory control, and production support. Job Duties

• Pull, stage, and verify materials for deliveries and production
• Prepare materials and projects as directed by supervisors
• Assist with production and project preparation before deliveries
• Make deliveries throughout the Willamette Valley
• Work with supervisors, warehouse staff, and sales team to meet production schedules
• Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Support quality control efforts and report concerns to management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed

Qualifications

• Good driving record required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Forklift experience in a warehouse environment preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to perform repetitive pushing, pulling, reaching, and grabbing
• Ability to stand, bend, and remain active throughout the workday
• Ability to work overtime as needed
