Position Descriptions:

1st and 2nd Shift Wet Process:  chemical and electroplating manufacturing stages used to fabricate Printed Circuit Boards. This critical phase involves treating the PCB panels in various liquid chemical solutions, acids, and bases to build conductive copper pathways, plate through-holes, and etch away unwanted copper.

1st and 2nd  & Weekend Shift Drilling:  Drilling is the precision manufacturing process used to create holes in printed circuit boards (PCBs). It enables electronic component mounting and electrical connections between different board layers

1st Shift Packaging 9am-5:30 pm:  Electronic packaging, specifically the design and manufacturing of rigid-flex PCBs and advanced substrates that integrate and protect delicate electronic components. It allows circuits to fold and fit into confined spaces (like military and aerospace cockpits)

2nd Shift Lamination: Manufacturing process of permanently bonding multiple layers of a circuit board (copper foil, substrates, and prepreg) together into a single, solid structure using controlled high heat and pressure in a lamination press

Weekend:  Printing:  Use proprietary software designed to format and send barcode labels (e.g., FNSKU, UPC) directly from web browsers to dedicated label printers like Rollo or Dymo.

Weekend OL AOI:   Quality control process where high-resolution optical scanners compare the etched copper patterns on a printed circuit board (PCB) panel against the original digital design files to detect defects like shorts, opens, or line width violations

1st 2nd and Weekend Microsection:  Microsectioning is a testing method used by printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturers to evaluate internal quality. It involves cutting a small sample of a board, mounting it in epoxy resin, polishing it, and examining it under a microscope

Weekend Screening:  Where inks, protective coatings, or solder masks are applied to the printed circuit board (PCB) panels
