A logistics company is searching for a Business Development Representative who will have core responsibilities in setting appointments for the outside sales representatives.

This fun and high-energy work environment allows the scheduler to be the first step in helping customers. This position receives inbound calls and will make outbound follow-up client calls. Employees that work here say they enjoy how as a team we document calls and submit orders creating an informed Customer Service team. This role works independently with custom company software, the ability to type 40+ words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential. This innovative company is moving fast and often promotes from within. Some seasonal overtime hours are offered. Our scheduler is vital to our success.

What we look for:

• Basic understand of  Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to resolve challenges professionally and clearly
• One year or more experience in a customer service setting
• Type 40+ words per minute

Full Time Evaluation Hire Position

M-F 8:00 am-5:00 pm

$20.20 / hour + bonus
