Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable, quality-driven Woodworker to join our production team in Osceola, WI. In this role, you will work on woodworking projects, store fixtures, cabinetry, and specialty wood products. Location: Osceola, WI

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Full-Time)

Position Type: Full-Time / On-site

 

Key Responsibilities

• Fabrication & Assembly: Read blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to cut, shape, and assemble wood fixtures, cabinets, and components.

• Machine & Tool Operation: Safely operate standard shop equipment and power tools (table saws, routers, sanders, drills, panel saws, etc.).

• Quality & Precision: Inspect parts for precise dimensions, check wood quality, and maintain strict attention to detail throughout the production process.

• Finishing & Prep: Prepare, sand, assemble, and fit hardware, trim, or fasteners on finished products.

• Shop Maintenance: Keep a clean, safe, and organized workspace and follow all shop safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on woodworking, cabinet-making, or fixture assembly experience required.

• Reliability: Excellent attendance, strong work ethic, and a dependable attitude are must-haves.

• Skillset:

  • Ability to accurately read tape measures and blueprint specs.

  • Proficient and safe with common hand tools and woodworking shop machinery.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout a shift.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
