Looking for a stable manufacturing position with a four-day work week? A Springfield-area manufacturer is seeking a dependable Shipping Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and production support activities.
This position is ideal for candidates with forklift experience who enjoy a fast-paced environment and want a role that combines warehouse, inventory, and production support responsibilities.

What You'll Do
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift
- Receive, inspect, and verify inbound and outbound shipments
- Create and process shipping labels and documentation
- Verify shipment quantities and inventory accuracy
- Deliver materials to production work centers
- Enter and track inventory and shipment data using ERP systems
- Maintain organized shipping and receiving areas
- Support inventory management and warehouse operations
- Assist internal departments with material requests
- Follow all safety, quality, and shipping procedures
Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience required
- Shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- SAP or ERP system experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Lift and handle materials as needed
- Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment
