Job Title: Male Housekeeper / Locker Room Attendant (Full-Time)

Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Locker Room Attendant to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming fitness club environment. This is a full-time opportunity with on-the-job training and excellent perks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the men's locker room
• Stock towels in shower areas and transport used towels to the laundry room
• Clean and sanitize showers, sinks, mirrors, and locker room facilities
• Replenish restroom and locker room supplies throughout the shift
• Perform light mopping and general janitorial duties
• Empty trash receptacles throughout the facility
• Clean courts and assist with club closing procedures
• Help keep sidewalks clear during winter weather

Equipment Used:

• Court cleaning machine (similar to a Zamboni; training provided)
• Cleaning supplies and mops
• Washer and dryer
• Snow blower during winter months

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high standard of cleanliness
• Positive attitude and customer-friendly demeanor

Physical Requirements:

• Continuous movement throughout the facility during the shift
• Light housekeeping and cleaning duties
• No heavy lifting or strenuous physical labor required
