Pay: $22-$28 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Duration: Temporary assignment through November

Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide outstanding service to customers in a fast-paced environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, quotes, rental contracts, account support, and invoicing while building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Prepare quotes, process rental contracts, and generate accurate invoices.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
• Maintain accurate customer information in Salesforce CRM.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Meet individual and team performance goals.
• Assist with process improvements and team initiatives.
• Follow attendance guidelines and scheduled work hours.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
