Production Utility Worker

Production Utility Worker is responsible for assisting in the manufacturing process by operating machinery, handling materials, and supporting fabrication operations to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and operation of fabrication equipment such as saws, presses, grinders, and welding machines
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products
• Measure, cut, and prepare metal components according to specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Support team members and supervisors with various production tasks as needed
• Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment is a plus
• Ability to read tape measures and follow basic blueprints or instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Stand, bend, and move for extended periods
• Work in a non-climate-controlled environment
