We’re hiring a Machine Operator for our Artisan Bread department in Lodi, CA. In this role, you’ll operate packing machinery and ensure finished products are properly packed, sealed, and ready for distribution. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate case erectors, case packers, and case sealers

• Hand-pack and stack bagged products with care and accuracy

• Verify product integrity and packaging quality

• Scale and top off bags as needed to meet standards

• Requisition materials and maintain supply flow

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area per GMP guidelines

• Adhere to all client and safety protocols, including punctual attendance

Qualifications:

• Basic English communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 10–13 hours

• Comfortable working in temperatures ranging from -30°F to 176°F

• Physically able to perform repetitive tasks including walking, bending, and reaching

• Reliable and team-oriented with a strong work ethic

• LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) certification required (provided by site)
