Welder/Fabricator (MIG - Hard Wire)

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Schedule

• Day Shift: Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts
• Friday overtime available

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team. This position requires a skilled individual who can work independently, read blueprints, and fabricate custom weldments without the use of fixtures. Approximately 96% of our work consists of custom fabrication, so strong layout, fit-up, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform hard wire MIG welding on custom fabricated parts
• Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Fit and assemble parts accurately without the use of fixtures
• Produce high-quality welds that meet company specifications
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work efficiently while meeting production deadlines

Qualifications

• Previous hard wire MIG welding experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong fabrication and fit-up skills
• Ability to fabricate and assemble custom parts independently
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
