We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for inspecting products, monitoring production processes, and ensuring all materials and finished goods meet established quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products
- Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify specifications
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality control records
- Identify defects, non-conforming materials, or process deviations and report findings promptly
- Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with production teams to ensure quality standards are consistently met
- Follow all safety guidelines, quality procedures, and manufacturing policies
Requirements:
- MUST meet all background and drug requirements
- Previous quality control or manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of inspection tools and measurement techniques
- Data entry experience
- Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, or product specifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40–50 lbs. as needed
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime when required
