Door Technician
Location: Mandeville, LA
Pay: $17-$25/hour DOE

A company in Mandeville is seeking a dependable Door Technician to assist with door installation, maintenance, and customer service. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical skills who enjoys troubleshooting and working directly with customers.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Some weekends required

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation and repair of commercial and residential doors
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
• Provide excellent customer service while working on-site
• Perform maintenance and service work as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Basic 110-volt electrical knowledge
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Welding experience
• OSHA Safety Certification
• TWIC Card
• Forklift and Scissor Lift Certifications

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work with tools throughout the day
