Cabinet Installer / Stone Installer

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our installation team. Opportunities are available for both Cabinet Installers and Stone Installers. These positions involve working on residential and commercial construction projects, with a focus on high-quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install cabinetry, countertops, and related components according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and installation plans.
• Ensure all installations meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and project managers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in the field.
• Represent the company professionally when working on customer job sites.

Travel Requirements

Cabinet Installer

• Requires frequent travel and overnight stays on out-of-town projects.
• Travel schedules vary depending on project location and duration.

Stone Installer

• Limited overnight travel.
• Frequent day trips to surrounding regional job sites.
• Daily travel is common and may include extended driving times.

Schedule

• Typical schedule is four 10-hour days (Monday–Thursday).
• Due to travel requirements and project demands, employees may regularly exceed 40 hours per week.
• Return times can vary significantly based on project progress, installation complexity, and travel distance. Some days may conclude earlier, while others may extend into the evening.

Qualifications

• Prior construction experience preferred.
• Cabinet installation, countertop installation, finish carpentry, or related trade experience is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials safely.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.

Compensation

• Competitive wages based on experience (DOE).
• Entry-level candidates with limited experience: approximately $18–$20 per hour.
• Experienced installers and finish carpenters: upper $20s per hour.
• Additional opportunities may be available for highly experienced finish carpenters to serve in a Lead Cabinet Installer role.
