Manufacturing Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and motivated Manufacturing Associates to join our production team. The ideal candidate will assist with manufacturing operations, assembly, packaging, quality inspections, and material handling while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced production setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble products and components according to specifications.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package and label products for shipment.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
• Accurately complete production records and documentation.
• Assist with inventory counts and material replenishment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
