We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Worker/Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating various industrial machinery, performing quality control, and ensuring efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong. Rotational Shifts: Days 7am - 3pm , Afternoon 3pm - 11pm, Nights 11pm - 7am (must be flexible to work all shifts)

Pay rate: $18.00/hour -$20.00/hour, plus 4% vacation pay

Duties

• Pack finished products efficiently and securely according to company specifications
• Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing
• Assist with assembly of products when required
• Engage in machining, assembly, packaging, and quality control activities to meet production standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and inspecting equipment regularly.
• Assist in inventory management and ensure proper documentation of production activities.
• Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing
• Assist with assembly of products when required

Skills

• 2+ years previous experience in manufacturing, production or quality is an asset
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and inspection procedures.
• Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations during setup and operation.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and ability to recognize potential hazards.

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 2 years (required)
• Picking & packing: 2 years (required)
