Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 BOW

Building Superintendent (1st shift)

 

Shift: 7a-4p (Mandatory OT if needed) 

Pay:  $45,000-$60,000 BOE

Where: East Indianapolis & Fishers Area

Temporary to Hire Evaluation Hire

 

Duties:

• Assist Director of Facilities
• Supervise/Implement Policies & Procedures
• Develop & Implement Programs
• Supervise Maintenance  & Maintenance Dept Schedule
• Train & Hire Employees
• Supervise Security

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 Years Administrative Experience
• Associates Degree
• Knowledge Word Processing/Desktop Publishing/Spreadsheets
• Lift up to 50lb
• Minimum 3 years Leadership Experience
