Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Landscaper / Property Maintenance Worker to perform a variety of outdoor maintenance tasks, ensuring properties remain clean, safe, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lawn care tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing.

• Maintain landscapes, gardens, and outdoor areas by planting, pruning, mulching, and weeding.

• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).

• Assist with seasonal cleanups, including leaf removal and debris clearing.

• Ensure properties are clean, safe, and visually appealing.

• Assist with irrigation system maintenance and minor repairs.

• Follow company safety guidelines and maintain equipment properly.

• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous landscaping or property maintenance experience preferred.

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

• Valid driver’s license preferred.
