General Laborer

General Laborer - Fredericksburg, VA

Pay: $20.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Project Duration: Project is expected to last approximately 3- weeks (August 17 - September 4)

We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking General Laborers for a project in Fredericksburg, VA to assist with setup of showroom and store operations.  This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and working in a team-oriented environment. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Unpack, assemble, and arrange furniture items
• Hanging banners and displays
• Assist with setup of specific showroom areas and associated floor displays
• Assist with other assigned general labor tasks throughout duration of project

Requirements:

• Must successfully complete and pass background check and drug screen
• Must be capable of lifting, bending and standing in order to move heavy merchandise (up to 100 lbs.) typically in teams
• Ability to use common tools to assemble merchandise, displays and banners

Work Attire:

• Steel-toed or composite-toed boots or shoes required
• Dress appropriate for indoor warehouse/retail store environment to accomplish identified job duties
