Our Berks County client is hiring Paving Laborers to join their crew! This is a hands-on role where you’ll support paving operations, work with asphalt and construction materials, and contribute to the completion of local roadwork and paving projects.

 

Paving Laborer

Pay: $18.00/hour

Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, 401(k), and more!

Shift: 1st Shift, (Monday – Friday), Could work up to 10 hour days

Location: Berks County, PA

 

Responsibilities of the Paving Laborer:

• Assist with preparation and placement of asphalt and paving materials
• Safely operate hand tools and small equipment
• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials on job sites
• Support crew members to ensure timely project completion
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions from supervisors

Requirements of the Paving Laborer:

• Reliable transportation to job sites within Berks County
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to speak and understand English

 

This is a long term position with a locally owned company who offers room for advancement and possible cross training if hired!
