Express Employment is seeking individuals looking manual labor roles with a well-established, employee owned mill working company in the heart of La Crosse, WI! These are long-term, full-time openings that offer consistent work and great benefits.

 

Looking to fill roles in Warehouse and Sanding/Trim Line

 

Hours and Wages:

 

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, $18.00/hour

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

 

• Scuff and finish product
• Pull, package, and palletize product and orders
• Operate forklift to load/unload product
• Maintain inventory
• Organize and store materials
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, wear proper PPE as needed
• Other duties as assigned 

 

Qualifications and Skills Needed:

 

• HSD or GED preferred, but not required
• Ability to sit, stand, twist, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs throughout shift
• Must be comfortable operating sanders and other woodworking hand tools
• Must be reliable and be flexible with occasional overtime
• Must be comfortable wearing a respirator as needed
• Previous Millwork experience is preferred
