Human Resource Coordinator

Located in Somerville, NJ

Salary: $25-30/hr

We are looking for a Human Resource Coordinator for an immediate hire opportunity in Somerville, NJ! If you are looking to continue your career within a HR role, while earning a great paycheck, this is the role for you! 

 

Schedule:

• 8:30am - 4:30pm (Flexible: 3 days a week, 22.5 hrs a week)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct employee file audit
• Redo new hire paperwork for aprx. 8-10 employees
• Help organize our HRIS
• Take recruiter screens as needed

 

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of HR generalist/coordinator exp
• Experience with completing onboarding/I9 Form strongly preferred
• Previous exp with data entry, and clerical duties
• Time management, and attention to detail
